Website Terms
Terms of Use
Effective and last updated September 3, 2026.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of professionalselectric.com and its service-request form. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These Terms cover the website only; a separate estimate, proposal, work order, or contract may govern electrical services.
Website information is not electrical advice
The website provides general information about services. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, code review, permit review, utility coordination, or advice from a qualified professional who has evaluated your conditions. Do not rely on website content to perform electrical work yourself or to decide that an electrical condition is safe.
Emergency and safety limitations
The website and request form are not emergency-response services and are not monitored continuously. A submission does not guarantee an immediate response, same-day service, or availability. If there is fire, smoke, sparking, a downed line, suspected gas, injury, or immediate danger, move to safety and contact 911, the fire department, or the appropriate utility before using this website.
Requests, estimates, and scheduling
Submitting a form, email, text, or voicemail does not create an electrician-client relationship, reserve an appointment, or require Professionals Electric to accept a project. Availability, scope, pricing, materials, permits, inspections, site conditions, and scheduling must be confirmed separately. Website descriptions and preliminary communications are not binding estimates or warranties. If a signed or accepted written proposal conflicts with these website Terms, the written proposal controls for that project.
Your information and photos
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You give Professionals Electric and its service providers permission to store, copy, review, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, communicate about, perform, document, or protect the requested work and related business operations.
Do not submit unlawful content; malware; access credentials; financial account information; government identifiers; or photos you do not have permission to share. Do not submit images that unnecessarily reveal private information about other people.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade security or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, impersonate another person, or use the form for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The website’s design, text, logos, graphics, and company photographs are owned by or used with permission by Professionals Electric and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site and print a reasonable copy for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Vercel, Resend, and Google Maps. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. We disclaim warranties relating solely to the website, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section does not disclaim obligations or warranties that cannot legally be excluded or that are expressly included in a separate written service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professionals Electric and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these website limitations do not replace the terms of a separate written agreement for electrical services.
California law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating only to the website will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
